Check out the interview below:

How has your position at AGame improved the lives of men, families, and communities?

Dr. Michelle Knights: I’m fortunate to serve as the Vice President and Business Development Director for A-Game together with the visionary leadership of our President & CEO, who is also the formulator of A-Game. This is built on 10 Life Values, as health is the second life value after spiritual value. I open markets across the US and internationally, and build and nurture relationships in the field with our distributors, customers, clients, and everyone who wants to engage with us in some capacity.

The lives of men have been improved by improving their overall health and wellness. Improving their vitality, energy, strength, and libido. Many men have said their blood pressure has been improved and their high blood pressure is reduced and stabilizing. They have said this product has saved their marriage, gave them clarity, and balanced their moods. When men are supported and honored, their families benefit, and by extension, the community benefits. Men who are in good health, physically, mentally, emotionally can be more present and available to themselves and others.

Tell us about your experience working with state government, local organizations, and international organizations.

Dr. Michelle Knights: Many years ago, I worked for the Division of Public Health in the State of Delaware developing a program for birth defects surveillance with findings from the CDC. I lead the creation of programs, drafted legislation, evaluations, and continuous application for ongoing governmental support. Internationally, I’ve spoken in England, Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa about the care and wellbeing of children.

Tell us about your books. What are they about?

Dr. Michelle Knights: My book “Courage To Continue” is about Hope. It is based on the 10 Life Values which was created by Dr. Holman, which are: Spiritual, Health, Family, Appearance, Dwelling, Mobility, Education, Profession, Leisure, and Wealth.

I tell my life’s journey from growing up in Trinidad & Tobago to coming to America, getting married, divorced, going back to school to get my PhD, getting married, seeing children graduate, facing the world, and having the courage to continue to inspire of the challenges and obstacles that we encounter in life. I talk about having the courage to continue living a life of values in the midst of a world that seems to be losing value. Most of all, it encourages women to keep persevering towards their goals and purpose in life while facing their fears and trials along the way. It reminds women that everything they want and desire to have is waiting on the other side of fear and with courage, they can get their triumphantly.

“Motherhood Academy” takes mothers through the 10 life values, examining their relationships with their mothers, developing relationships, and parenting with their children.

What are your most important values?

Dr. Michelle Knights: All 10 of the 10 Life Values. If I had to select, it would be Spiritual, Health, and Family as the foundational three.

What topics do you typically speak about?

Dr. Michelle Knights: Courage, Confidence, Values, and Health.

What is it like coaching leaders and their sales teams?

Dr. Michelle Knights: It’s extremely rewarding to help high achievers reach their goals. In some instances, they need help to define and clarify the goal, and then have tools, processes, and systems to achieve them. It’s great to see the confidence grow, impact lives, and see the ripple effects that follow.

Tell us about your work through The Life Institute.

Dr. Michelle Knights: (It might be called Courage To Continue… still deciding to that change in name). This platform is built to serve women of excellence to elevate their lives and monetize their talents, even when they feel they are not good enough. I offer training and transformation programs. I work with women on increasing their feminine energy and tapping into their femininity, especially after struggling with being in their masculine energy for a long time. It’s like reclaiming the beauty of womanhood and giving yourself permission to be feminine and feel that power.

What’s up next for you?

Dr. Michelle Knights: I have a challenge coming up soon to help women (more to come on the focus). I have a training program called Motherhood Academy that is launching just before Mother’s Day—the website soon is coming). I plan on taking A-Game to another level of exposure and impact and I will be having some products for women. I will be offering membership to create a community for women. Additionally, I’m launching a program called the Feminine Pentacle, where we discuss Soft Power, Social Graces, Spirituality, Self Love, and Story Sharing.
