Cultivate Lasting Symphony is a play on Craig’s initials, Craig Landon Siegel. Born and raised in New York, Craig started on Wall Street. He built businesses of his own from the ground up with no prior experience into massive juggernauts that became extremely successful but he remained unfulfilled and craved something deeper. Craig is now helping clients manufacture BIG breakthroughs. What is his secret? “My energy. You are transforming lives globally. Share your journey from leaving an 8-figure salary to start a coaching business.
One word. Unfulfilled. Although lucrative, I didn’t feel happy. I didn’t feel like I was leaving a mark on this world. And although my passion was always to help people and inspire them to overachieve and fulfill their potential, it wasn’t until the pandemic when I had a moment to breathe and reassess, that the stars aligned for me. At this moment I understood that transformation and helping people wasn’t just my passion, it was also my purpose.
Tell us about Cultivate Lasting Symphony (CLS).
To me, it means to get on fire, for life. To get that edge. To become that difference maker. The word symphony to me represents being in tempo. A level of efficiency, and to be able to manufacture this forever, is what CLS is all about. Ironically enough, or maybe not, it’s also a play on my initials.
Have you seen during the pandemic an upswing in people reaching out to you to change their mindset?
The answer is absolutely. I’m not ignorant. I understand these are very tough times and I understand that a lot of people are struggling, specifically mentally right now. That’s one of the reasons why I began this journey when I did, to help inspire people that there is a better life out there for them. I want to help change people’s perspective and their outlook on what they believe to be possible for them. I believe people are not broken, but often, their frames are corrupted. We enrich their map of the world and thus, we change their world. Timing is everything, and there’s never been a better time to help shine a light so bright, other planets see it.

Well I can’t tell you everything. I always have to leave some tricks in the bag, after all, there’s nothing quite like the element of surprise. But I will tell you this, we begin the program with structure and accountability. We create each client’s ideal Masterpiece day to get them organized so that from the very beginning we have a blueprint and we have a plan. From there, we begin to enrich our client’s mindset by utilizing techniques such as modeling and anchoring to help build up their confidence. We continue to condition our clients and students with mindset techniques to enhance their overall state and perspective. We also help them identify their passion and create their vision, and most importantly, begin to live inside of that vision.
Share your success stories over the past 6-months
We have a client who exercised her modeling technique to negotiate 50% off of an extremely expensive construction cost on her house. She utilized modeling and had a level of confidence that she never had prior. We have another client who didn’t leave the couch for 7 months in the pandemic. Within two weeks of working together, she is now running north of 7 miles per run. I believe this is because her mindset has been totally revamped. In addition, accountability and structure go a long way by giving a client momentum and confidence. One of our clients recently said to us, “Craig has a very contagious spirit about himself that helps people see their potential. I like that approach. Sitting on a couch talking to a therapist about life’s problems is not the way to go for everyone but he offers an approach to seeing your own potential by making the changes from within. I think that is genius.” This client’s comment means everything to me because that’s what it’s all about. Giving people access to their own power and teaching them how to utilize it.

The CLS Experience is just that, an Experience. The show includes very recognizable and big names. But here’s the kicker, we don’t just talk about the success stories. You have Wikipedia for that. We dive deep in the mindset and perspective when these icons were going through adversity and obstacles. It’s the challenges in life that really shape us.
